Military personnel should report to the S-1 personnel office location in Building 3071 upon arrival at Aberdeen Proving Ground. In-processing is handled for all officers and enlisted personnel in Building 3071 located at Aberdeen Proving Ground after sign in with each soldier’s individual unit. If arriving off-hours or on weekends, contact the Installation Staff Duty Officer (SDO) at 410-278-4500 or 410-306-4448.
All Officers should report to their specific unit to sign in. Any student in-processing will be scheduled by their individual student company. Be sure and bring all medical, dental, financial, and personnel record with you to in-processing. Plan to bring enough uniforms for several days as in-processing can take up to 3 days to complete. Once checked in, military personnel will receive a billeting assignment as well bedding and a temporary meal card. Temporary lodging is provided by the Swan Creek Inn located in Building 2007 on BelAir Street, and reservations can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 410-278-5148, DSN 298-5148.
